Before em-"bark"-ing on any of our services, we do a free one-time meet 'n' greet so you can tell us about your dog's needs, give us a house key or garage pin-pad number, and sign our agreement. The agreement is written permission that Boogity can enter your home to provide your dog with the necessary service on an agreed upon schedule.

Dogs love walking, and they love walking with friends. Our walks are all at least 1 hour in length, off-leash, and in small packs of 4 to 6 compatible dogs. Walks include pick up and drop off from home, so scheduled pooches are usually out of the house for a good 2 hours or more at a time.

We supply plenty of fresh water, doggy bags and towels, so your dog will return refreshed and happy. Although we have treats on hand, we generally limit treating for when it's time to put the leash on at the end.

All dogs will be assessed for off-leash readiness and will be trained at their own pace until they have reliable recall.

To go out and about, all dogs must have up-to-date vaccines, be wearing an active registration tag from the city of Ottawa, and we strongly recommend some form of active flea and tick prevention.

Walks are broken down into two groups based on size and energy level as follows:

The Regular Romp (10:30am - 1:30pm)
Ideal for high-energy dogs who love to wrestle, run at break-neck speeds, and greet everyone in their range of vision.

The Pee-Wee Pack (12:30pm - 3:30pm)
This is for the little dogs who want to play with someone their own size, and dogs who take their time sniffing, trot at a "little legs" pace, and just want to see the sights.

Available every weekday within an hour window of your perferred visit time.

Bathroom Breaks (15 - 20 mins)
On days when you're stuck at work, caught in traffic, or just enjoying happy hour, we'll stop by home to let the dog outside. Your dog can expect lots of attention in belly scratching, fetching toys, and time to find that 'perfect spot'. For dogs over 6 months of age who just need a quick break.

Puppy Visits (20 - 25 mins)
We offer longer visits to take your puppy out, feed lunch and have a good puppy romp around the yard. Once your puppy has had its second set of shots, we can begin leash training on short walks. The first few weeks at home are vital to establish a routine, so let us know the house rules to maintain consistent training.

We leave a Communication Log at your home that we update each walk with time-in, time-out and comments on the day's visit.

Cancellations: We of course appreciate cancellation notice, either by leaving a note in the Communication Log, by email, or phone. We do not charge a cancellation fee. Please call for last-minute cancellations. Thank you!

Let-outs are available on weekends and holidays by appointment with at least 24 hours notice. There is no additional weekend/ holiday fee.
